Here at East Kent Rape Crisis Centre we are helping young survivors of sexual abuse literally take the next steps to recovery with a special programme of outdoor 'walk and talk' therapy sessions. 

Those taking part will be given the opportunity to document their walks anonymously by creating art, writing, poetry, photography or music to help them reflect their journey to recovery, some of which can be seen here.
