Complaints Procedure

All complaints or concerns should be made in the first instance to the CEO Mary Jones by email to mary@ekrcc.org.uk or in writing to PO Box 353 Canterbury CT2 9WA.

If a complaint to the CEO is not appropriate or the initial complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, the complaint or concern should then be made to the Management Committee (Chairperson Shauna McCusker) via email and addressed to chair@ekrcc.org.uk.

Every effort should be made to resolve complaints internally, however if resolution of the complaint is not reached through the above methods the BACP has a complaints procedure to manage serious complaints against its members.

In writing please send your complaint to:

BACP House

Unit 15, St Johns Business Park

Lutterworth

LE17 4HB

Or email professional_conduct@bacp.co.uk

If you are having problems making a complaint in writing please call 01455883300

East Kent Rape Crisis Centre is an organisational member of the BACP.
