More information
  • When are you open?

Our support and crisis lines are open on alterate days between Monday and Friday, from 18:30 to 21:30.

Here on the line, we are all fully trained and more than willing to support you in any and every way that we can. What we’re best at is listening - and though you may require advice relevant to your situation, we will never tell you what to do.

  • Who can call?

Anyone affected by sexual violence or coercion can call us regardless of whether your experience is recent, ongoing, or historical. We accept calls from people of any gender, age, religion, race or sexual orientation.

If you’re a family member, friend or partner of a survivor, you can call too. If you have any questions or would like to talk, give us a call.

  • What do I have to tell you?

You do not have to speak about anything you don’t want to. When we answer the phone, we will tell you our name and we’ll probably ask for yours too. This is only so we know what to call you during the conversation and we really don’t mind if you give us a fake one!

You don’t have to give us a name or any details about yourself, or reveal anything you don't want us to know.

  • I'm a man - can I call?

Yes. We accept calls from people of any gender, age, religion, race, or sexual orientation.

  • Am I ready to call?

If you're calling up and don't know what to say or how to say it, that's also okay. If you call up and you don't feel ready, you can always hang up (we won't take it personally) and call again another time.
